3.5 slo16 reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including in instances where slo16 reasonably believes the registration is fraudulent, where the player has provided false information, or where permitting the account would violate applicable regulations.
4.1 All transactions on slo16 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT. slo16 does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific payment method and may add or remove methods at any time.
4.2 The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as displayed in your slo16 account dashboard and may vary by payment method.
4.3 All funds deposited into your slo16 account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
4.4 Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. slo16 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours, subject to verification requirements, payment provider processing times, and volume. slo16 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.5 slo16 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting source-of-funds documentation where applicable. Withdrawals may be withheld pending the satisfactory completion of such checks.
4.6 In the event that a deposit is made in error or a chargeback is filed with a payment provider, slo16 reserves the right to reverse any winnings attributed to those funds and to suspend the relevant account pending investigation.
5.1 slo16 offers various bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the promotion and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
5.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits will be stated in the promotion terms.
5.3 Bonus funds are used after real-money funds in your account balance. Any winnings generated from bonus funds in excess of the applicable maximum bonus winnings cap (as stated in the promotion) will be removed at the time of withdrawal.
5.4 slo16 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. In the event of any suspected abuse of a promotional offer — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage betting, or coordinated bonus exploitation — slo16 reserves the right to void the bonus, confiscate associated winnings, and suspend the offending account.
5.5 Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Players identified as professional gamblers or advantage players may be excluded from promotions at slo16's discretion.
6.1 All sports bets placed on slo16, including cricket, football, and other markets, are subject to the specific sport and market rules published in the slo16 Sportsbook Rules section. In the event of a conflict between those rules and these Terms, the sport-specific rules shall prevail for betting matters.
6.2 slo16 reserves the right to void any bet placed on markets that were incorrectly priced due to a manifest error, technical fault, or data feed error. A "manifest error" is defined as a price that is clearly and materially incorrect when compared to the true market price at the time the bet was placed.
6.3 Once a bet has been confirmed by slo16's system and a bet ID has been issued, the bet is binding. Players may not cancel or amend bets after they have been accepted, except where a cash-out option is expressly made available by slo16.
6.4 In-play (live) betting markets on cricket and other sports are subject to delay and may be suspended at any time. slo16 is not responsible for connectivity issues on the player's side that may affect the ability to place or amend in-play bets.
6.5 slo16 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake amount on any market, to restrict access to certain markets for specific accounts, or to decline any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
6.6 PSL and International Cricket: All PSL, Test, ODI, and T20I cricket markets on slo16 are settled in accordance with the official results confirmed by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC). In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced in overs, or declared a no-result, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules.
7.1 All casino games available on slo16 — including slots, live dealer tables, and instant-win games — are provided by licensed third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, and others. 12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, slo16's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.2 slo16 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if slo16 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13.1 slo16 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably believes that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the player has engaged in fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activity; (c) continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to slo16; or (d) the player has made a chargeback or disputed a legitimate transaction.
13.2 Upon termination of an account for cause, slo16 reserves the right to void all pending bets and bonus balances, and to withhold withdrawal of remaining real-money funds pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established following investigation, remaining verified real-money funds will be returned to the player.
13.3 You may close your slo16 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any pending bets will be settled in accordance with their applicable rules. Verified real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method subject to KYC compliance.
14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which slo16 holds its international gaming licence.
14.2 Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. The language of arbitration shall be English.
